Energy is defined in a variety of ways depending on whether it is viewed as dynamic, as power or as a spiritual force but no matter how it is viewed Energy never dies it only transforms itself from one medium to another. As defined by the Greeks, Energy is energeia, from en- ‘in, within’ + ergon ‘work’ or in other words, work within. This energy, this working within, allows paradigm shifts, allows wellness, allows creation to take place. And in becoming and being aware of this natural phenomena, each of us create the world we live in. It is my vow (vibrations of wellness) to assist in becoming aware of this energy, channeling and harnessing it so that wellness prevails. Or as some put it, allow the body to heal.
